Background
A non-traditional path.
Most English teachers come from a teaching-only background. I don't. Before stepping into coaching full time, I spent over three decades in operational leadership, running large teams, sitting in multilingual board rooms, and watching brilliant professionals lose arguments simply because their English couldn't carry their ideas.
That experience shapes everything I do now. I know what business English actually sounds like under pressure. I know which mistakes cost you credibility. And I know how to fix them efficiently.
